Hytrel backup ring with a flat cross-section.
Molded of 55D Durometer Hytrel, these back-up rings provide excellent extrusion resistance and tolerance to fluids such as phosphate esters, hydraulic oil and water. Stretched for installation, they return quickly to their original size for easy installation.
55D Durometer | Hytrel Material | 4 1/8 in Nominal Inner Diameter | 3/16 in Cross Section | Backup Ring
Features
- Improved extrusion resistance compared to standard FKM or NBR backups
- Can be stretched over larger diameters and will return quickly to their original size
- High strength and abrasion resistance
- Wide temperature range
- Chemical resistance
- Low friction
- Easy installation
The Hallite 533 is capable of withstanding high side loads and preventing metal-to-metal contact between the piston and the bore or the rod and the gland.
The PA 533 material is heat stabilised 33% glass reinforced nylon 66, which offers excellent bearing properties.
Compatible with hydraulic and lubricating oils. The PA 533 material is not recommended for use in water based fluids (HFA) or where significant water is present, due to the swell of the nylon.
Machined from 1018 Carbon Steel for a 5 in cylinder.
The length is 1 in and the lip is 0.375 in in tall.
Base plates are welded to the end of the cylinder opposite the rod end to secure the cylinder. They provide a solid support for the entire cylinder base area.
Threaded at the base with a pin hole inside of the spherical bearing. Order to fit piston rod thread size.
HWT-7500X3500 has a wall thickness of 2 in. The ID is 3.5 in and the OD is 7.5 in. The material is 1026 Carbon Steel.
Heavy Wall Tubes are used for machining high strength and close tolerance parts like bushings, axles, hydraulics, and sleeves.
Full mill lengths will be cut to lengths between 12 ft and 19 ft long. Packages longer than 44 inches may have additional freight charges.

3.25 in induction hardened chrome shafting.
The base material is 1045/1050 Carbon Steel with 0.0005 in (0.0127mm minimum)-thick chrome plating and a case depth of 0.05 in (1.27 mm).
Induction Hardened Chrome is typically used in abrasive envrionments where the cylinder is exposed to rocks or heavy debris. Also used to machine clevis pins.
- Greater strength
- Better resistance to mechanical damage

O-rings as elastic loops that seal static and dynamic applications. They are used to seal the space between cylinders, pistons, pipes and tubes and can be made from various materials.
70A Durometer | Nitrile Material | 63 MM Nominal Inner Diameter | 2 MM Cross Section | O-Ring
Features
- Chemical resistance
- Temperature range of -40 °F to 220 °F
Molded in a tough urethane, this rod u-seal fits tightly in the groove while providing increased radial force on the rod.
Urethane Material | 25 MM Nominal Inner Diameter | Rod U-Seal
Molded in a tough urethane, this seal employs an additional lip near the heel. The twin lip design provides stability, friction-reducing lube retention, and some contaminant resistance. VME – Secondary lip is further from heel than standard MRTU. NOTE: E = European Urethane.
Urethane Material | 35 MM Nominal Inner Diameter | Rod U-Seal
Features
- Excellent low temperature performance
- Easy installation
