Style 850 u-seals offer excellent resistance to extrusion and abrasion. The round cross-section expander offers energized sealing from zero to 5,000 psi.
95A Durometer | Urethane Material | 1 5/8 in Nominal Inner Diameter | 3/16 in Cross Section | U-Seal
This light duty wiper is molded in polyurethane and features a double-stepped shoulder to fit tightly in the gland throat.
Urethane Material | 45 MM Inner Diameter | Wiper
Features
- Double-stepped shoulder
This seal, molded from high grade 55D polyurethane, may retrofit the PS1800 seals, considering all dimensions are comparable. This seal material, with a high degree of memory, stretches over the piston and snaps in the groove for immediate assembly. These seals also feature low friction and high abrasion and extrusion resistance which helps to eliminate assembly damage. Piston diameter “I” dimensions are given for pistons without wear rings.
55D Durometer | Glass/PTFE Filled Polyurethane Material | 5.254 in Nominal Inner Diameter | Piston Seal
Features
- Easy assembly
- Low friction capabilities
These seals are specifically designed with a second lip on their inside diameter and engineered to attain maximum, life and reliability in dynamic rod sealing. This feature results in reduced leakage, less friction, increased stability, and, prevents air and contaminants from entering the cylinder.
92A Durometer | Urethane Material | 2 1/2 in Nominal Inner Diameter | 1/4 in Cross Section | U-Seal
Features
- General purpose rod seal
- Robust design
- Excellent wear resistance
- Increase seal stability
- Performs well over wide temperature range and is extremely effective in low temperatures
- Primary lip protection
- Easy to install
2.75 in induction hardened chrome shafting.
The base material is 1045/1050 Carbon Steel with 0.0005 in (0.0127mm minimum)-thick chrome plating and a case depth of 0.05 in (1.27 mm).
Induction Hardened Chrome is typically used in abrasive envrionments where the cylinder is exposed to rocks or heavy debris. Also used to machine clevis pins.
- Greater strength
- Better resistance to mechanical damage
Full mill lengths will be cut to lengths between 12 ft and 19 ft long. Packages longer than 44 inches may have additional freight charges.

The Hallite 533 is capable of withstanding high side loads and preventing metal-to-metal contact between the piston and the bore or the rod and the gland.
The PA 533 material is heat stabilised 33% glass reinforced nylon 66, which offers excellent bearing properties.
Compatible with hydraulic and lubricating oils. The PA 533 material is not recommended for use in water based fluids (HFA) or where significant water is present, due to the swell of the nylon.
