Cast Iron Rod Clevis Mount with a 0.75 in – 16 TPI threaded end and a 0.75 in pin hole.
Clevis mounts help maintain alignment and protect the cylinder from side load. Mounts attach to threaded stud ends, pivot holes, or bolt holes on the cylinder. Can be used with hydraulic cylinders with standard bore sizes.
ALHT4250X4000 has a 0.125 in wall thickness. The ID is 4 in and the OD is 4.25 in. The material is 6063-T832 Aluminum.
Seamless extruded and cold-drawn. Hard coated on the ID which gives the aluminum tube a tough, abrasive-resitant surface.
6063-T832 Aluminum is used for pneumatic cylinder applications requiring very good corrosion resistance and/or light weight. Can also be used for low-pressure oil cylinders (250 psi or less).
- No machining required on the ID
- Seamless extruded and cold-drawn
- Hard coated interior
- Corrosion resistance
- Good weldability
Full mill lengths will be cut to lengths between 12 ft and 19 ft long. Packages longer than 44 inches may have additional freight charges.

DUCT-4000 has a diameter of 4 in. The material is 65-45-12 Ductile Iron.
65-45-12 Ductile Iron is used to machine pistons, glands, caps, manifolds, rams, and valve bodies.
Ductile has higher machining speeds than steel and there is usually no need for deburring machined parts. The graphite flakes in the material act as a self-lubricant. Ductile can be flame or induction hardened as well as deep hardened.
Ductile bars are produced with sufficient stock on the outside diameter to ensure clean-up at the nominal dimension.
- Excellent machinability
- Optimal impact strengths
- Optimal fatigue properties
- Optimal electrical conductivity
- High magnetic permeability

32mm induction hardened chrome shafting.
The base material is 1045/1050 Carbon Steel with 0.0005 in (0.0127mm minimum)-thick chrome plating and a case depth of 0.05 in (1.27 mm).
Induction Hardened Chrome is typically used in abrasive envrionments where the cylinder is exposed to rocks or heavy debris. Also used to machine clevis pins.
- Greater strength
- Better resistance to mechanical damage

Parback® backup ring with a curved cross-section.
Parbaks are contoured on one face to minimize distortion of the o-ring when under pressure. Parbaks should be installed with the contoured face against the o-ring, but reversal does no harm.
90A Durometer | Buna-N Rubber Material | 2 3/4 in Nominal Inner Diameter | 1/8 in Cross Section | Backup Ring
Features
- Excellent extrusion resistance
- Easily stretched for installation
- Lubrication is enhanced by rubber which absorbs system fluid and does not plate out on rubbing surfaces

The PS1400 seals offer low friction and high strength in a compact double-acting piston seal design. The PTFE seal ring, combined with a rubber energizer, assures positive contact with the dynamic surface. The PS1400 is designed to fit ANSI/B93.32-1973 groove standards. Piston diameter “I” dimensions are given for pistons without wear rings.
