WR-NYL, 3 1/4 X 1/2 Wear Ring
Wear rings provide a hard-wearing surface that protects the cylinder walls and the piston rod from scoring and abrasion. By maintaining alignment and reducing side loads, these rings facilitate smoother piston movement and lower friction levels.
Nylon Material | 3 1/4 in Nominal Inner Diameter | 1/8 in Cross Section | Wear Ring
Features
- Protection Against Wear
- Reduced Friction
- Extended Cylinder Life
- Operational Efficiency
Suffix “V” designates fluorocarbon material,“N” designates nitrile material, and “HT” designates high temperature urethane.
90A Durometer | Urethane Material | 2 1/2 in Nominal Inner Diameter

A double acting piston seal with many features: Two compact seal edges to concentrate the load against the dynamic surface, a cavity between the two external seal edges to retain fluid (reducing friction and wear), side grooves to allow pressure to load the energizer in all working conditions, high sealing performance at low pressure, excellent wear-resistance, and high resistance against extrusion.
97A; 70A Durometer | Urethane Material | 64.5 MM Nominal Inner Diameter | Piston Seal
Features
- Easy assembly
- Low friction capabilities
Featuring high pressure and high shock load capability, this seal utilizes the same twin lip design found in Hercules®, Sealing Products’ RTU style. With the main body of the seal molded from high performance polyurethane, this seal, incorporates a dynamically designed nitrile energizer and a tough polyacetal anti-extrusion ring. RTUB is capable of, pressures up to 10,000 psi in approved applications. Please consult Hercules Engineering for pressures above 6,000, psi.
The secondary sealing lip located behind the primary sealing lip improves stability of the seal in the gland. The unique profile of the NBR energizer ensures the primary sealing lips maintain contact under low or no pressure situations while ensuring proper sealing at higher pressures. The Hallite 621 also incorporates an acetyl anti-extrusion ring to withstand side loads and extreme pressure peaks even with the extrusion gaps.
94A Durometer | Urethane Material | 4 1/2 in Nominal Inner Diameter | 1/4 in Cross Section | U-Seal

O-rings as elastic loops that seal static and dynamic applications. They are used to seal the space between cylinders, pistons, pipes and tubes and can be made from various materials.
75 Durometer | Fluorocarbon Material | 2 3/4 in Nominal Inner Diameter | 1/8 in Cross Section | O-Ring
Features
- Pressure range varies according to diametral clearance
- Temperature range of -20 °F to -400 °F
1.375 in clevis pin with 0.056 in grooves machined into each end to fit two retaining rings. Retaining rings are not included.
Pivot pins with grooves are meant to be used on a hydraulic cylinder that extends and retracts a telescoping lift arm.
