Molded from filled PTFE and machined to close tolerances, these seals feature low friction and excellent wear characteristics. Nitrile rings are used for energizers.
70A Durometer | PTFE Material | 79.5 MM Nominal Inner Diameter | Piston Seal
Features
- Easy assembly
- Low friction capabilities
Designed to fit on one or two piece pistons, this piston seal employs a nitrile seal for high sealability, nylon split back-ups for extrusion resistance, and two split bearing rings. No further support bearings are required.
70A Durometer | NBR Material | 76 MM Nominal Inner Diameter | Piston Seal
Features
- Easy assembly
- Low friction capabilities
Molded from tough, wear resistant 55D polyester, these seals are for light to medium duty applications and are interchangeable with the style MPS seals of the same dimensions. Nitrile rings are used for energizers.
55D; 70A Durometer | Polyester Material | 57 MM Nominal Inner Diameter | Piston Seal
Features
- Easy assembly
- Low friction capabilities
Molded from 93 Shore A polyurethane with a 70 Shore A energizer, this seal utilizes the same groove dimensions as a standard o-ring or T-seal. One or two Style 575 back-up rings may be used for wider grooves. Extrusion resistant by design, this seal is also resistant to rolling and twisting. Installation is an easy two step snap-in procedure with no need to re-size before insertion into the bore. Piston diameter “I” dimensions are given for pistons without wear rings.
93A; 70A Durometer | Urethane Material | 1 1/2 in Nominal Inner Diameter | Piston Seal

The PS1850 piston seal can be used interchangeably with the PS1800 style piston seal. This seal provides improved heat resistance for demanding applications. Piston diameter “I” dimensions are given for pistons without wear rings.
Bronze Filled PTFE Material | 1 11/16 in Nominal Inner Diameter | Piston Seal
Features
- Easy assembly
- Low friction capabilities
This seal, molded from high grade 55D polyurethane, may retrofit the PS1800 seals, considering all dimensions are comparable. This seal material, with a high degree of memory, stretches over the piston and snaps in the groove for immediate assembly. These seals also feature low friction and high abrasion and extrusion resistance which helps to eliminate assembly damage. Piston diameter “I” dimensions are given for pistons without wear rings.
55D Durometer | Glass/PTFE Filled Polyurethane Material | 2.441 in Nominal Inner Diameter | Piston Seal
Features
- Easy assembly
- Low friction capabilities
