Molded in PTFE with a rubber energizer, this seal absorbs the shock of pressure spikes to protect the rod seal.
70A Durometer | Filled PTFE Buffer Material | 110 MM Nominal Inner Diameter | Buffer Seal
Style 850 u-seals offer excellent resistance to extrusion and abrasion. The round cross-section expander offers energized sealing from zero to 5,000 psi.
95A Durometer | Urethane Material | 4 1/4 in Nominal Inner Diameter | 3/8 in Cross Section | U-Seal
Molded in a tough urethane, this seal employs an additional lip near the heel. The twin lip design provides stability, friction-reducing lube retention, and some contaminant resistance. VME – Secondary lip is further from heel than standard MRTU. NOTE: E = European Urethane.
Urethane Material | 32 MM Nominal Inner Diameter | Rod U-Seal
Features
- Excellent low temperature performance
- Easy installation
660-1500 has a 1.5 in rod diameter. The material is 660 Bronze Copper Alloy 932.
660 Bronze is known as “bearing bronze” because it is most commonly used in bushing and bearing applications. While it is easily machined, the bronze alloy is hard, strong, and resistant to wear. It is also less dependent on lubrication than other alloys and has reasonable corrosion resistance to seawater and brine.
660 Bronze is used for machining bearings, bushings, wear strips, and plates. This grade of bronze is used in pump, cylinder, and machine tool applications.
- Good anti-friction properties
- Ample strength and hardness
- Adeqaute ductility
- Excellent machinability
Full mill lengths will be cut to lengths between 12 ft and 19 ft long. Packages longer than 44 inches may have additional freight charges.
These piston seals provide bi-directional, low friction sealing with increased stability and superior leakage control. The square cut energizer provides low pressure sealing and eliminates backside leakage. This seal also effectively seals between different fluids on each side of the piston seal, making gas/liquid sealing combinations possible. Piston diameter “I” dimensions are given for pistons without wear rings.
40% Bronze Filled PTFE Material | 2.384 in Nominal Inner Diameter | Piston Seal
Features
- Easy assembly
- Low friction capabilities
O-rings as elastic loops that seal static and dynamic applications. They are used to seal the space between cylinders, pistons, pipes and tubes and can be made from various materials.
75 Durometer | Fluorocarbon Material | 1 11/16 in Nominal Inner Diameter | 3/32 in Cross Section | O-Ring
Features
- Pressure range varies according to diametral clearance
- Temperature range of -20 °F to -400 °F
