U-seals, Polypaks, U-cups

Utilizing the same profiles as the Style 800 Polyurethane U-Seal line, these u-seals are molded from a fluorocarbon, compound. While being compatible with a broader range of fluids, these fluorocarbon seals will also operate, continuously at temperatures from -20° to +400 °F. Our Style 800 orange Hytrel U-seals offer superior resistance to abrasion, extrusion, and heat. As a drop-in replacement, for our standard Style 800 U-seals, they can prolong equipment life under today’s increased demands. These seals are, suitable for both petroleum-based and water-based fluids.

Constructed of a rubber seal lip with a rubberized fabric heel, these seals feature a polyacetal bearing ring or a, poly-acetal anti-extrusion ring. These seals offer excellent sealing ability and high pressure capability. They are, commonly used with the SR retention rings.
