While being compatible with a broader range of fluids, these fluorocarbon seals will also operate, continuously at temperatures from -20° to +400 °F. UKP u-seals are designed to act as a positive sealing, low friction replacement for conventional rubber u-seals. Molded, from polyurethane, UKP u-seals provide long life and high resistance against extrusion. Low friction allows these seals, to run smoothly in a lubricated or non-lubricated cylinder. Available for bore sealing, the flexible dynamic lip provides, very low breakaway friction and steady motion.
