Top-of-the-range twin lip rod seal designed to provide a dry sealing solution in heavy-duty applications. The seal’s shell is molded in Hythane® 181, Hallite’s high-performance polyurethane, for easy installation and excellent low temperature performance. Featuring high pressure and high shock load capability, this seal utilizes the same twin lip design found in Hercules®, Sealing Products’ RTU style. With the main body of the seal molded from high performance polyurethane, this seal, incorporates a dynamically designed nitrile energizer and a tough polyacetal anti-extrusion ring. RTUB is capable of, pressures up to 10,000 psi in approved applications.

Specifically designed as piston seals, these u-seals are engineered to seal on their outside diameter. They offer extended, service life and maximum reliability in piston sealing.

Utilizing the same profiles as the Style 800 Polyurethane U-Seal line, these u-seals are molded from a fluorocarbon, compound. While being compatible with a broader range of fluids, these fluorocarbon seals will also operate, continuously at temperatures from -20° to +400 °F. Utilizing tough polyurethane, these seals possess excellent wear and abrasion resistance. Symmetrical in design, they can be used in rod or piston applications. E= European Urethane.

Urethane Material | 60 MM Nominal Inner Diameter | U-Seal

Style 850 u-seals offer excellent resistance to extrusion and abrasion. The round cross-section expander offers energized sealing from zero to 5,000 psi.
